I adore my apartment. There is so much character in this building, it really feels like a home. Also, this building is less-oriented to the college party crowd, which is great for young adults and grad students. They run rent specials sometimes and they are fantastic if you can sign during one.

We've been here for about 8 months now and couldn't be happier. Management has helped us from the get-go between working with us to meet our budget to making sure the room was ready as soon as we wanted to move in. They've kept in excellent contact about events and maintenance going on throughout the building as well as helping us out with anything that needs attention in a timely manner. Between the flexibility and eagerness to help tenants, by far the best management we've had.

Great location and cool history of our building. Super clean interior, brand new everything, and very friendly on-site staff! The apartments are gorgeous, great aesthetic, bright and clean. Absolutely recommend this place for singles, young couples, and anyone whose brain thinks in any way artistic.
